Rainy days and warm light through a solitary city window and humming vinyl melancholy.
Staying in and crackling fire and sheets fresh from the dryer.
The magic of expired film and polaroids and the flickering evening shadows on the wall. Nostalgia and Beach House and Simon & Garfunkel and Call Me By Your Name and something warm to drink.
The never ending call of new places. Chaotic cities and silent coast, vast expanses and crowded streets. A little bit of Paris, a little bit of LA.
Drinking in the wonder as the trees and sky and mountains tell of our smallness and our connection, shouting this is life.
This is me.
Painting with the light, dancing with the shadows, balancing that contrast that exists in the visual world and our inner world.
This is what I do.
I get to help people celebrate and remember the beauty of their lives. I am bearing witness to the quiet beauty that exists both in the everyday and the once-in-a-lifetime days. And it’s amazing. I love what I do.
Every love story is different. I follow my intuition, and will tell the story of your love in an emotive, honest, and artistic way. Like visual poetry. Photos make you pause and see a moment – really see it – framed in a way that isn’t apparent in our daily lives. I want to tell the story of your love through these stills, these tangible anchors of a fleeting moment.
A laugh, a tease, a touch. An eyeroll, a reaction to a smart-ass comment. These are the moments I love. These are the real moments of a relationship, not bubblegum poses.
My shooting philosophy blends lifestyle and editorial. The best captures happen in the unposed, in-between moments of intimacy and connection. A changed perspective, a frame frozen in time. Honest simplicity. The power of an image.
I’m a deep thinker and an over feeler. I crave the raw, the real, the intimate, the unsung drama of everyday life and ordinary love. My people are the artists and the creatives and the free spirits in the world. The adventurers, the eccentrics, the ones who have chosen a different path. Whether you’re having a laid back wedding or an epic elopement, a backyard celebration or cliffside ceremony, I want to capture your story. I love seeing couples celebrates their love with a kind day that reflects their unique relationship. Because nothing is more beautiful than authenticity. If you feel a connection to my work I would love to hear from you.
Let’s make MAGIC!
